In your Workspace account, you can view the number of SMTP relays you are assigned, and have used. By default, you are limited to 250 SMTP relays, per address, per day.
- Log in to your HMA Host account.
- Click Workspace Email.
- Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
- On the right of the list of email addresses in your account, you can see a column called Relays. This will tell you how many relays have been used by each address, out of how many relays that address has been assigned.
If you want to send more than 250 emails per day from an email address, you can purchase more SMTP relays. It can take up to 24 hours for them to be available for use.
