You can edit the address that your email forwarding account sends email to. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Workspace Email account and open your product. (Need help logging in?)
- Click Home.
- Click the email address of the forwarding account.
- Your next step depends on if you’ve set up a forwarding account, or if you’ve set up forwarding copies of incoming email.
Forwarding account Forward copies of incoming email In the To these email addresses:field, edit or enter the new email address(es). Under the additional options, next to Send copy to:, edit or enter the new email address(es).
- You can make changes to other settings for this address, as well. The settings available depend on if this is a forwarding account, or if you have set up forwarding copies of incoming email.

Note: You can’t change the Plan that this address is associated with. To do that, you will have to delete the account, and set it up as a new address, under a different plan.
- Click Save.
